This is where all of my writing other than poetry and fanfiction goes. These works are completely original in nature. That means, I came up with them. No takey. In addition, here you will fine the best of the best rants from my on-line journal Dance of the Hours. Please heed the warnings and ratings.

Stories are listed in alphabetical order. WIP (works in progress) are not complete and may never be completed. Arcs are stories that all occur in the same world and are supposed to be read in order from first to last. Rants are in chronological order.

Short Stories:
Fairytales
  • The Pied Piper: PG-13, m/m relationships. Hamlin is besieged by rats. A mysterious stranger shows up promising to take care of them if the town pays him a huge sum. The Piper didn't count on a boy named Mathis to interfere, and Mathis didn't count on the Piper making a different bargain with him.
  • Puss in Boots - Part 1: PG-13, m/m relationships. What do you do when your family is touched by a fairy's curse? What do you do when you yourself are touched by a fairy's curse? You pin your hopes on a small gray cat and hope for the best.

  • Forbidden Fruit: PG-13 for innuendo. Tomato/tomato yaoi. Fluff and emo and melodrama all rolled up into a story about yaoi cherry tomatoes.

  • Inspiration Stories
  • Anime: PG, brief Naruto reference, Shane/Brandt. What echos through the apartment? A sound that anyone who has lived with an anime fan has learned to recognize...
  • Crack jellies: PG-13, for innuendo Shane/Brandt. Japanese food can be a scary, scary thing.
  • Geology: PG-13 for mild language, Shane/Brandt. How Shane and Brandt first started going out.

  • Ransom: R for incredibly inappropriate song lyrics with sexual content. Written for a Snail Mail Porn challenge. Ransom is a dragon. Pace is a knight. Their relationship? A lot more complex than either of them realizes.

  • Ritter's Story
  • Part 1: PG-13. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Ritter, once a great dragon slayer and now just another farmer, gets dumped, gets drunk, and has to go face a dragon. Life is not so good.
  • Part 2: PG-13. The continuing ignoble adventures of Ritter, a former dragon slayer. Only now, we get to meet his horse, Plod.
  • Part 3 R for graphic violence. Unfinished. Ritter faces the dragon, which is really the whole point of the story.

  • Southern Comfort: Moving In: PG. Or how to move into your older boyfriend's apartment without him even noticing. Stand alone, though may one day be part of a larger series.

  • STFU: PG-13. Nudity. Not responsible if you hurt youself laughing. Matt meets one of his hallmates in the most unusual of ways. Written on a dare.

  • Trick or Treat: NC-17 for graphic sexual content and mild language. Vampires and Halloween and dark alleys, oh my! Really, Ron should have known better.

  • The Virgin and the Unicorn: PG. Written for the December, 2005 Snail Mail Porn challenge. The best way to capture a unicorn is to use a virgin as bait. It's a classic set-up. That doesn't mean things will always go as expected.

  • The Witch King
  • Part 1: R for violence and language. Having a dragon for a personal slave is always dangerous, but that never stopped Amick. When you're a witch king you can afford to live dangerously.
  • Part 2: R for violence and language. With his magic slowly changing, Amick does the only thing he can think of to save Nyx. He lets him go.
  • Part 3: R for violence. Letting Nyx go? That didn't work out quite like Amick planned.
  • WK Drabble - Anger: PG-13 for violence. Brief scene exploring some of the dynamic in Amick and Nyx's relationship
  • WK Drabble - Lightning: PG-13 for sexual innuendo. Calling lightning was never this intimate.

  • Writing Fairytales: NC-17 for graphic sexual content, mild language. Written for the May Snail Mail Porn challenge. Elliot is a writer. Drake works in a bookstore. In fairytales, nothing is ever what it seems.

  • Rants:
